    In 12 minutes: Row 2K and max DL (185)
    Score= row time – (# DL x 5 sec)
    My row time was approx 8:30 and my DL = 30
    If my calculations are correct I would have been the #1 finisher for WOD 1 at the South Texas Sectionals. WOD 2 would have been a DNF since I can't do handstand push ups yet. WOD 3 would have been hard as well because of my inefficiency with double unders. Oh well, one out 3 isn't bad LOL

    Did the South Tex wod as well row 2000 m then max rep dl at 185 with a 12 min time cap :
    my score was 23 deadlifts rx

    Stacy — you are amazing girl! I am hanging with you this week. I took the treadmill for a ride today, smoke was coming out of the blasted thing, and will be back at MPCF Monday for MOD weights and getting back in the groove. Miss you all and Erin, I am ready to rock and roll.
