Did this on a E2MOM clock and that was a great plan as I’m still not feeling 100%.

I didn’t look at my compare to score before the WOD, but got the exact same score except I didn’t do the deadlifts last time…I modified with bike. Did 83# deadlifts.

Was halfway at 10 min mark. Slowed after that to give core a little more rest. Went down on weight because WW DL combo is tough on my back.

I did ring rows and dips the same and the same wt 103# DL
I also did teepees which is a harder progression than the one leg walk walks. also I have been sick so I feel pretty good about it.

Woohoo! Back in May 2023 I was highly modified on plu/dip mod.
Today I did all rounds of MU UB, UB wal-walks, and purposefully 2/2 on DL.
Like Coach Sarah, I did the E2MOM. I felt good through 8 rds, so did 1:45 going into rd 9, and then no rest going into rd 10.
