    24:27 Rx Plu, single jumps

    Looking back at my notes, this was the very first workout I ever did with Rx pull ups.
    Today my time was better by 3:58 !!

    25:03 Rx – First workout with double unders (and it wasn’t pretty). I did almost the 4:1 singles to get those 50 DUs.
