When CrossFitters get bored between heavy sets. 🙂 

Olympic Lifting Series will be at the 0845, 1200, and 1730 classes all week. Blake Barnes from Oklahoma Weightlifting Club, will be leading these classes through Clean & Jerk drills/work and Snatch drills/work. If you are not an MP member, but would like to join in, contact Coach Jimmy for more details. 0530 and 0630 classes will be normal.

25/20 Calories Biked

20 GHD Sit-ups

15 Pull-ups

10 Kettlebell Swings (97/62)

5 Strict Handstand Push-ups

 

2 rounds for time

 

Flexibility/Mobility:

Twisted Cross – 1:30/side

Saddle Sit – 2:00

Half Straddle – 1:30/side
