There will not be class Saturday due to military obligation. A WOD will be posted that will be doable on the main fitness floor. Classes back to normal on Monday.

6 Overhead Squats (115/73)

12 Hand-Release Push-Ups

18 Sit-ups

24 Walking Lunges

30 Single Jumprope
