Ran 4 miles at turkey then…..8 rounds +49 reps mod was 45# on OHS.

That was fun even though I dont enjoy AMRAP’s
8+3 after a trail run with runnergirl and a bit of unicycling with Danny…all in all a busy morning! My quads are ready for a rest day. Great work all!
