    You 5:30 guys all did GREAT today!!! I was heartbroken that I've not been released by the Doc yet and had to miss this workout. *snicker*

    So, I did "Blackjack". Hey, it's no FGB, but I did get a blister on my hand from all the push-ups. Sympathy anyone?
