    Coach and I did a partner version of this WOD.
    Doubled the numbers and did a 23min AMRAP
    I modified to elevated push-ups and Russian KBS and Singles.
    Still nursing this shoulder and whole body in general haha!
    We got 3 full rounds in the 23 minutes
