2-3 mile group run at Turkey Mountain. Meet there at 0730.

 

 

Main WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 Strict Pull-ups

10 GHD Sit-ups

5 Strict Handstand Push-ups

10 Power Snatches (95/63)
