Part I:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

200m Run

10 Burpees

5 Squat Cleans (135/95)

 

Part II:

Partner up, Row 2000m, switching at least every 500m

 

Part III:

With same partner*, Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

200m Run

10 Burpees

5 Squat Cleans (135/95)

 

*One partner completes one round, then switch. One partner works, one rest.

 

 

Post total rounds and extra reps for Parts I & III, and row time from Part II to comments
