“3-Part”

Part I:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

200m Run

10 Burpees

5 Squat Cleans (135/95)

 

Part II:

Partner up, Row 2000m, switching every 500m

 

Part III:

With same partner*, complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

200m Run

10 Burpees

5 Squat Cleans (135/95)

 

*One partner completes one round, then switch. One partner works, one rest.

 

Post number of completed rounds and extra reps  from Parts I & II, and row time to comments

    part 1: 3rds +burpees + 55# lifts
    part 2: i have no idea….
    part 3: Don completed 2 full rds and I completed 1 + burpees

    Part 1: 4 Rounds + a few Burpees
    Part 2: 9:09
    Part 3: Chad and I completed 4 rounds + 8 Burpees

    This is my best I can figure and recall.
