    So good to be back! Missed everyone and today was a smattering of stuff. Working on DL, OHS, and RX PU. I got 20 RX PU – that's a PR for me, chest to floor and full ROM.

    CFE Row 2773 meters; phew that was tough!

    I could barely wash my hair in the shower my arms are SO tired! Great to be back though and see everyone this morning! I miss you guys when I'm gone.

    Did a little light deadlift to see how my shoulder is holding up: 5 reps @ 155lbs felt pretty good. Just overhead work that bothers it
