Choose a sport: Run, Row, Bike, Swim

10m every minute on the minute. Every minute add 10m.

Execution:
You can either measure using a Garmin or other distance GPS; or, set up 2 cones 10 meters apart and sprint back and forth as needed.

    He said he couldn't do a good exam today because it was still hurting too much and has some swelling. I have to go back on Friday Until then. R.I.C.E and Ibuprofen. This evening the pain is much less than last night… I think that is a good sign.

    185 RX. Got 2 at 195, but failed at # 3.

    Also did the CFE rowing before front squats. Successfully completed 240M. Failed at 250M by a pull or two.

    did the rowing wod completed 210m and failed on 220 by about one pull!! did some front squats after that and got to 125.
    Jimmy, thanks for doing crossfit with the kids (or teenagers). Mark had a good time.

    95#…PR by about 20# (I think) Been a really long time since I've done them…Had more in me but moved on to great tutoring on OHS..Thanks so much Jimmy, it helped alot!
