103# – just the right weight for how my back was feeling

First WOD with HSPU!! I used 1 Abmat with strict HSPU for first two rounds, then a half-kip for last eight.
    All else was Rx

Kept a good solid pace (just trying to make sure Coach Sarah didn’t lap me LOL!). Did all HSPU, DL, and DU’s unbroken. Did 9 rds of PLU as 5/4/3, then last rd I tried to do two sets, but turned into 3 (7/3/2). 🙂

34:07 mod box handstand push ups but didn’t have to use extra head pad this time. 73# deadlift need to work on form. Ring rows. Did 24 single jumps. Jump ropes still hard but getting better was able to do 24 in a row a couple times.
