Legs felt a little tired from the last few days. By the muscle ups felt good.

Snatches felt good. Worked up to 140# Need to work them more though.

Battling allergies but was about to move well today.
Worked up to 80% (a little lower)
Felt more like 50-60% though.💪🏽

Was going at a slow pace today. Knee still kind and of bothering me on the running. BBMU actually didn’t feel too bad. Only 🐓 winged a couple.
SWOD worked up to 103#. These felt great!
Cwod: 13:11 Mod jogged a little walk most knee hurt a little.
Swod: worked up to 58#.
12:13 – legs felt very heavy from excess fluid I’m carrying.
Worked up to 153lb deadlift. Have a R wrist injury preventing snatch.
