Conditioning:

As many rounds and reps as possible in 20-minutes of the following:

1000m Bike or 400m ski

50-ft Single-arm dumbbell overhead walking lunge (right) (50/35)

20 Toes to bar

50-ft Single-arm dumbbell overhead walking lunge (left) (50/35)

20 Lateral burpees over dumbbell

20 Alternating dumbbell snatches (50/35)

 

For score

*Every 10m is a rep on machines. Every 5-ft is a rep on the lunges.

    Was able to do all 3 rounds of TTB UB so that was good! Ooo I didn’t have 21 reps in me on that last round though!!!
    Lunges and snatches UB. Burpees and bike steady.

    Got through one round plus some more.
    Trying to get my lungs back. Breathing has been tough since competition. Toes to bar also feel terrible!

    Legs as high as I could.

    Probably need to start doing 50lbs
    Need to get my legs higher on toes to bar.

      Struggled on T2B. First rd got 6 UB, not sure on count after that lol
      My breathing got rough on that 2nd rd of burpees.

    70+ 15# for snatch no weight with lunges working on depth.
    Biked both times. Finished one round. finished L lunges on second round. First workout back in about a month felt good!
