Every 2:00, perform the following sequence:

Pause* Front Squats (PFSQ) + Front Squats (FSQ)

2 PFSQ + 2 FSQ @ 50% of 1-RM FSQ

2 PFSQ + 2 FSQ @ 65%

1 PFSQ + 1 FSQ @ 75%

1 PFSQ + 1 FSQ @ 80%

1 PFSQ + 1 FSQ @ 85%

1 PFSQ + 1 FSQ @ 90%

 

For quality

*3-second hold at the bottom of the squat

 

Conditioning:

300-ft Farmers carry (2×70/50)

…then…

5 rounds of:

10 Chest-to-bar pull-ups

10 Box jump overs (24/20″)

…then…

300-ft Farmers carry

 

For time

(15:00 cap)

    I’m still unable to do decent-sized sets on the C2B, but I did them! I tripped on 2 box jumps bc I was trying to hurry too much.
