Felt like I had a good pace. Broke T2B up 8/4 every round. Need to practice large sets again. Did all snatches UB.
Accessory:
Held all holds, got 35 cals (10/11/14) should have gone harder on first two rounds. 😏🦍💪🏼
12:58. Did the workout at home. My warmup was a 10K run with 20 wallballs after every 1K the last 5K.
