25-ft Handstand walk

250m Ski

Strength:

Athlete’s choice: Overhead Squat OR Front Squat

On an every 2-minute clock:

5 @ 25%

5 @ 40%

5 @ 50%

5 @ 60%

5 @ 65%

5 @ 70%

5 @ 75%

5 @ 80%

    Worked up to 68#
    My last set at 80% I no repped the last 3 because I didn’t get the depth. I wasn’t really fighting for it,
    though . I took a :30 break and did 3 more reps at full depth. My shoulders are done!

    First off, not sure who is crazier, 0530 class or 1730 class!!
    I did this WOD at 1900, and I hate working out that late!

    CWOD:
    9:20 Rx
    Had to do HS walks as 12.5’ down and 12.5’ back due to limited space. I also had to go to another room for the skier. The Army definitely doesn’t CrossFitters in mind when setting up a gym. 🤣🤣

    SWOD:
    Worked up to 150 and called it. Shoulders were toast. 😏
