    34:46 w/ Maggie, Jamie, and John Grace shadowing!
    I used a 30#DB and 16” box
    Did no weight on the lunges for my hamstring mobility

      Fun times except when Sarah thought 60 was divisible by 9 so we had to do extra KTE because “equal work” Haha!
