Kept intensity low today to make sure my forearm was ok. So far so good! Gonna continue to take it easier the next couple weeks and hope to be back to BMU after that.

Mod C2B (green and red bands). Was only able to get the first 3 C2B each round so should have used slightly heavier bands.
22#, 32#, 37#, 42#, 52# OHS. These felt great today! I’m far away from my 1RM but slow and controlled is the name of the game 🙂
