15 Wall-ball Shots
20 Sit-ups
Run 200m

    8 rounds–with no time left on the clock.

    Rx–20 lbs wall ball, outside run. That was a fun one, Jimmy.

    7.75 rounds. I got the pullups, wallballs, and situps done in round 8 with 15 seconds left. I thought about sprinting to see how far I could get, but instead laid down and made a sweat angel. Great workout everybody.

    Outside Run
    2 x 8 lb WB
    3 x 12 lb WB
    3" Band PLU
    At time I had 1 200 Run and 4 Sit-ups into Round 6
