This is a testament to not get too mad/sad on “off” days. 9 days ago I was in tears over SHSPU. Today they felt amazing.
NTFS: always kick up with same hand placement for kipping or strict. Literally only think of a strict as a kipping without the legs lol. And get outta your dang head! 🙂
