Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

40 Jump Rope Singles

20 Plate-Facing Burpees

20 Box Overs (24/20″)

 

…rest 5 minutes

 

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

20 Wall-Ball Shots (20/14) @ (10/9′)

2 x 200m Run Sprints

20 Wall-Ball Sit-up Throws (12/8) @ 7m
