Part 1:

50 Double unders

15 Front squats (155/103)*

100 Double unders

15 Front squats*

50 Double unders

 

For time

(8:00 cap)

*Perform a squat clean each time athlete picks up bar

 

…rest 7-minutes, then…

 

Part 2:

75 Burpee box jump overs (24/20″)*

 

For time

(15:00 cap)

* Every 2 minutes, perform 3 squat cleans (135/93)

    forgot time on first part. finished under cap though
    Part 2: 7:58 53#
    definitely could increase weight on squat cleans.
    burpees felt good- hit 18 first round tried staying @ good pace

    15:38 63# had the intention of jumping but ended up stepping a 16” box, in fear of wrecking my face.
    This was a gross one.
