Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes perform:

2 Clean and Jerk (80% 1RM)

7 Toes-2-Bar (odd minutes)*

5 Burpees (even minutes)*

 

For Score

On last odd and even minute, perform as many reps as possible in remaining seconds of those minutes. Total extra reps equals score.

Reclined Spinal Twist – 1:30/side

Banded Overhead Distraction – 1:30/side
