*Rest 3:00 between rounds. Set up rower for a 0:30 on, 0:30 off interval.
Skill:
50′ Overhead PVC walk (25′ down, 25′ back) w/ banded kettlebells*
3 Overhead squats (immediately following walk)
3 rounds for quality
*increase load each round
