    I had a lot of fun today! Did CFE row for 10 minutes. Rowed 2039 meters. Did 150 sit ups. Worked on pull ups.

    I think my night run fits the CFE…did Ultra Distance = 3.01 miles in 32:35. For me that was definitely 105% of race pace (I usually run about a 12 min/mil). Minus the urge to puke…it wasn't so bad!!
