Partner WOD

50-40-30-20-10

Calories biked*

 

For time

* Each partner does each set of calories. Partner A will bike 50 calories, then Partner B will bike 50 calories, while Partner A rests. Partner A will then bike 40 calories while Partner B rests, and then Partner B will bike 40 calories. Workout will continue in this manner until each partner completes the 10 calories biked. Bike must be reset for each partner. Female calories are 40-32-24-16-8.

10 V-ups

10 Tuck-ups

1:00 Rest

    Legs were toast!

    Core:
    I did two rounds then abs cramped! Called it after 5 minutes of stretching to get abs to let go. 😬

    Did 1 round almost unbroken, but abdominals cramped when sitting up. Called it after 3 minutes of stretching to get abs to relax. 😬 Maybe I should have waited longer than 5 minutes post bike to start. 🤣💪🏼
