    I will redo this one.

    I only made completed 3 Rx rope climbs.

    My runs felt great! My shoulder to overhead felt really good.
    I know I can get all those rope climbs. I’ll be back in a couple weeks for this one.

    14:05 rx. Runs were slow

    Did a couple reps at 315 on deadlift but did not complete the swod. My lower back has been stiff and didn’t want to push.

    15:17 ish? It was definitely 15 something.
    I biked instead of run
    My footwork was off on my rope climbs but I still got them done. I can do better. I swear it’s the shoes!
    25# DB were heavy but not terrible which tells me I probably should have done 30#.

    Did strict press S2OH with 25# db’s due to right shoulder tear.
    I also had to lead with left hand on rope climbs bc the right shoulder did not like the tension placed on it. Was a little awkward. Runs felt a little slow, but knee overall did good!
