Every 2:30 minutes, complete the following:

12 Shuttle runs

14 GHD Sit-ups

 

6 Rounds for total work time

Every 2:30 minutes, complete the following:

15 /12 Calories ski/row*

2 Rope climbs (13′)

 

6 Rounds for total work time

*Athlete must ski for 3 rounds and row for 3 rounds

    First part 9:24. GHDs got slow.

    Second part- the rope climb wasn’t working because of the GHDs.

    First round 1:17. Second two rounds I failed on the second rope climb. Last 3 rounds only went to 10’.

    DNF second couplet. The GHD’s destroyed me and I couldn’t do rope climbs or row very well. I alternated machines and scaled the rope climbs but didn’t keep time. I want to try this one again.
