The Friday 1730 class and Saturday 0900 class have been canceled due to the Fall Festivus Games. Come on out and cheer on the athletes!

    It took me a little bit to get going. I’m so slow on burpees.

    #185 last rep. My squat depth is a lot better.

    Need to push the ski and the bike a little harder.

    Built to 285. All felt good. Let chest drop on last rep. Need to work multiple sets at 75-80%
