Unlimited members may use Open Gym to work on extra skills, strength, or conditioning. All other members may use Open Gym to make up a missed programmed WOD.

(same reps and percentages as snatch)

 

Lift 3:

Every 4:00, perform 1 set of:

Barbell back rack walking lunges

50-ft (25-ft down and 25-ft back)

 

4 Sets, build each set

†MP Iron Club programming will be available at both Open Gym times. It is designed to improve every athlete’s lifting ability. The core of this program is to develop the skills and strength needed to improve the Olympic and power lifts.

    Snatches and C&J’s felt good!

    Lunges got tough in round 4!
    Rd1: 95
    Rd2: 135
    Rd3: 150
    Rd4: 165 (could have gone 10-15# more)

    Swapped in deadlifts to replace snatches after doing C&J.

    Coach Jimmy had more faith than I did with the lunges. 65#, 95#, 125#, 135#. Good thing it wasn’t 60′; I wouldn’t have made it. 😂☠️
