At Home Conditioning WOD:
Complete as many reps in 1 minute at each station of*:
Overhead dumbbell alternating lunges
Low plank hold
Dumbbell goblet squats
Burpees
DB swings (a movement similar to a KB swing, but performed with a DB)
5 rounds for score
*Take 15 seconds to rotate from station to station. Rest 1:30 between rounds
