    Wasn’t able to complete my 4th round of the run and squat but definitely surprised I got as far as I did!
    PLU: banded
    Used box for push ups

    Did all 4 rounds of core workout but definitely struggled and had to modify ALOT.

    definitely need to start running more. Back was pretty tight, my squats didn’t have great depth today due to my back.

    Hit the cap with 1 full round of 200m run/25 squats left.

    Modified pull ups to 1 small green band, which is progress for me.

    Every time I do core work, I’m reminded that I need to do more core work 😉
