3 Burpee Chest-to-bar pull-ups

6 Double dumbbell thrusters (2 x 50/35)

9 Kettlebell swings (53/35)

12/9 Calories biked

    Did this solo in garage at 0600. Didn’t have grips so did burpee ring rows.
    Nice easy pace was what I needed today.
    Just worked straight through the 25:00 at about a 60 RPE. 7 full rounds.
    Good movement since I’m a bit sore from those GHDs! 😊
