That was a LOT of pain, suffering and fun. Those 20# wallball shots hit different. ☠️
I was hoping for sub 30 but the wallballs smoked me. I’m definitely not in race shape yet. 🤠

I actually enjoyed this workout… weird cause that’s a lot of running. The burpee broad jumps were not kind to my knees.
