    That first clean was misery.
    Worked on butterfly C2B under fatigue. Holy moly! They felt good but getting into the rhythm is hard when you’re tired.

      18:01 @ 95# on the cleans which was 61% of max. I thought 115# and probably could have done it.

      The chest to bar were one rep at a time. I have no skills.

    Warmup pace on rower and I think that was a smart move. Rowed a 2:30 pace.
    First 10 cleans were not bad at all but those last 15 were harder. CTB in 8/7.
