Coach Sarah decided to do 45# kbs to train for upcoming comp, which then “forced” me to up mine to 62#. Lunges not so bad when you figure out the balance. HSPU we’re still tough for me in regards to breathing upside down. Not sure why I am still struggling with this. :/
We also did box squats before CWOD, building up to 3 reps at 295 for me, and 3 at 185 for Sarah.
