Conditioning:

As many rounds and reps as possible in 18-minutes of the following*:

1 Squat snatch (155/103)*

1 Kettlebell swing (53/35)*

1 Burpee-over-bar*

50-ft Sandbag carry (100/75) at the end of each round

 

For score

*Add 1 rep of each movement, every round

 

Strength:

Every 2:00, perform one set:

Deadlifts

5 @ 60%

3 @ 70%

1 @ 80%

5 @ 70%

3 @ 80%

1 @ 90%

 

5 and 3 rep sets should be connected
