Conditioning:

As many rounds and reps as possible in 20-minutes of the following:

10 Shuttle runs (25′ down and back)

2 Rope climbs (13′)

4 Clean and jerk (185/123)

    93, mod 500m bike instead of shuttle runs because of foot
    Was able to go straight from clean right into the jerk each rep and that was a win for me at 123#!
