    That was R-O-U-G-H!! Not sure my body was ready for that push! Coach Sarah and I HAVE TO follow our rest plan post-comp/Festivus!!

    One of my least fave movements is double DBL thrusters, I could have easily scaled due to hating them greatly. But decided to push myself. I def Didn’t go as fast as I’d hope, but we did RX weight, so I’m proud of myself. Hoping I can get better at these.
