Tweeted a muscle in my back during Friday’s WOD, so I listened to my Coach, and scaled.
I did the female numbers pacing Coach Sarah. Felt ok, but by the time I got to last barbell, I could feel it tightening up. But it didn’t cramp up.
“Listen to your body” were the words of my Coach! 🦍💪🏼
