Each athlete should chose a path, Pro or Open, and follow it throughout the entire workout.

    49:20 Pro Rx+
    Did 475 on sled push and 355 on pull. My running felt so slow and I was never comfortable running. I need to do more running in all of my free time…LOL!!!
