Max burpees over bar in remaining time

…rest from 23:00 to 25:00, pair up with another partner group and then…

*Levels

  • Intermediate/70+ Adv: 26 cleans (155/103), 26 snatch (125/83)
  • Beginner/70+ Scaled: 24 cleans at 75%, step over bar on burpees, 24 snatches at 75%

    Sarah and Anna:
    36 cal row
    36 burpees
    Adv reps for both. Sarah adv wt and Anna did 25# for snatch and 35/30# for clean.

    Brian and Maddie:
    37 cals row
    45 burpees
    They did Adv reps. Maddie did 25# snatches and 35# cleans. Brian did 125# cleans (I think) and alternating DB snatches (2:1) to protect shoulder

    Bike cals 86
