Complete as many reps as possible in 15-minutes of:

10 Dumbbell box step-ups (50/35) @ (24/20″)

30 Half tacos

50-ft Overhead dumbbell lunges* (50/35)

 

For score

*25-ft with single DB in the right hand, and 25-ft with single DB in the left hand each round

 

Strength:

Back Squats

3-3-3-3-3 @ 80%
