Rx weight. Getting upside down was hard after those lifts.
SWOD worked up to 143 and these felt good
But then it was all downhill from there haha!
CWOD 6:24 work time Rx.
Got all reps done in the 2:00 but barely. Coach Jimmy really pushed me on my HSW so I think I got a PR on my 50-ft HSW ha! But that 93# barbell felt like death today. Oh well. Some days the weight is light and some days it’s crushing. :-/
SWOD:
Worked up to 195, felt good in the position, but heavy if I had to snatch it.

Thrusters felt really heavy today, did 1st set 9/6, and 2nd set 7/5/3
HS walks felt good, 1st set I moved faster than expected, 2nd set was a tad slower 🙂
OHS were HEAVY! But I was able to all 15 UB!!
I am wiped out for such a short WOD! LOL!
Swod: worked up to 73#. it felt good.
Cwod:mod did the 70+ numbers. 1:05, 0:28,1:11,0:38, 1:24= 4:06
thruster did 43# and OHS 11# working on depth.
Did not workout caffeinated and felt it 🙁
