Complete AMRAP in 15 min of:

10 Thrusters (95/65)
10 Kettlebell Swings (45/30)
20 Box Jumps (20″)

Run 1 mile and rest for 12 minutes

Repeat AMRAP in 15 min of:

10 Thrusters (95/65)
10 Kettlebell Swings (45/30)
20 Box Jumps (20″)

Post total number of rounds to comments

*Run 1 mile and rest for 12 min means to run 1 mile, and as soon as mile is done you rest until 12 min are up. The faster you finish the run the faster and more rest you get.

    This was a hard workout! I was completely soaked with sweat!!!

    1st Round
    4 completed rounds + 10 Thrusters

    2nd Round
    3 completed rounds + 10 Thrusters, 10 KB Swings, & 14 Box Jumps

    So all together I did approximately 8 rounds

    4 rounds plus the thrusters before the run;
    outside run;
    3 rounds plus the thrusters after the run;
    9 rounds of thrusters. Ouch! Great workout.
