    16:22; last 2 rounds I substituted running 400M for rowing 500M. Also, thanks to everyone for encouraging me re: the half marathon. I did it yesterday in 1:57. My main goal was to finish in under 2 hours, but my second goal was to finish in 1:55. So I split the difference:)

    Do you get extra credit for not being able to read the workout? I did 20 PLU instead of 10.

    MIssed the 6:30 am group but it was great working out with you all at 5:30 pm. And guess what….we have HEAT now!!
