Struggled with T2B the last three rounds. Did 6/1/1/1/1 π
Rounds 1-3 were good on the bike, but I slowed down on it for last two rounds. I need to regain the ability to into the dark places on my mental cave!
Plenty of time to learn how to deal with that pain. π Capacity on gymnastics movements is coming back! Recovery is coming along well. Patience Coach. π

went down hill fassssttt. 100% need to work more on T2B. definitely was not expecting the last rd, i had pushed fairly hard rd 4. so rd 5 was brutal! Donβt want to ever do that workout again lol
