10 Box jumps w/ step down (24/20″)

10 Toes-to-bar

10 GHD sit-ups

15/12 Calories biked

 

4 rounds* for time

*Rest 2:00 between rounds. Perform exercises within rounds in any order of the athlete’s choosing.

    Struggled with T2B the last three rounds. Did 6/1/1/1/1 πŸ™
    Rounds 1-3 were good on the bike, but I slowed down on it for last two rounds. I need to regain the ability to into the dark places on my mental cave!

    went down hill fassssttt. 100% need to work more on T2B. definitely was not expecting the last rd, i had pushed fairly hard rd 4. so rd 5 was brutal! Don’t want to ever do that workout again lol
